We offer free shipping on all orders above 99 JOD within Jordan!

When you place an order, we will provide an estimated delivery date based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout for your convenience.

If your order total is below 99 JOD, a standard shipping fee will apply. We strive to ensure that your items are delivered promptly and securely to your doorstep.

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, please note the following:

Returns are eligible within 3 days of order placement for specific reasons, such as missing pieces, wrong color or product delivered, or defective or damaged items. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind or dislike of the product color after purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition with intact packaging, tags, labels, and all included components, such as straws, if applicable. Customers will be responsible for the return delivery fee of 2 JOD unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once your return request is approved, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

To initiate a return, log in to your account, go to the "My Orders" section, and submit a return request. Please provide any necessary details or photos to help us process your return efficiently. We will notify you via email once your return is received and processed.
