Returns are eligible within 3 days of order placement for specific reasons, such as missing pieces, wrong color or product delivered, or defective or damaged items. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind or dislike of the product color after purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition with intact packaging, tags, labels, and all included components, such as straws, if applicable. Customers will be responsible for the return delivery fee of 2 JOD unless the return is due to an error on our part.
